Are your shingles starting to curl? Have you been noticing strange black “sand” on your walkway? Have your shingles started to disintegrate due to age? If you said yes to any of these questions, it’s time to give us a call. We’ll provide a free estimate and an honest opinion.
Our goal is to make this experience as easy as possible. Heather will arrange a time (that suits you) for JP to do an on-site visit to prepare a competitively priced quotation. He’ll spend a few minutes explaining the scope of work, referring to product brochures as a visual aid. Then it’s your turn to ask all the questions you have! Some people have none, some people have many. He’s there until you’re as educated as you need to be in order to make an informed decision. We will never try to sell you what you don’t need, and if your roof is not ready to be replaced, JP will let you know.
If you have several quotes from various companies and are finding it hard to compare them all, feel free to ask JP while he’s there. Sifting through all that information can be a daunting task, especially since all companies have their own way of presenting this information.
We’re always available by phone, email, Facebook messaging and text, to answer questions while you make your decision. Having trouble deciding on a colour? Let us know and we’ll offer some suggestions. We can also drop off sample boards, and provide some addresses in your area with colours that you’re considering, so you can see what they look like once installed.
We’ll gladly work around your timelines, vacations, other home renovations, etc. Whatever your situation, we’ll be as accommodating as we can.

Roof Inspections
We offer low-cost, professional Roof Inspections, complete with a detailed report and accompanying photos. JP will also take the time to explain any issues he finds and suggest corrective actions.
If your insurance company has determined that the age of your roof indicates it’s time for replacement in order to continue coverage, our inspection report may provide evidence to the contrary. Over the years, we’ve provided several homeowners with documentation proving that their current roofing system is still viable and effective.
This service is ideal if you are readying your home for listing. Many potential buyers will use the roof condition of a home as a bargaining tool, and attempt to reduce their offer to reflect the replacement cost. If you know ahead of time that your current roof has some life left in it, you’ll be a step ahead in the negotiation process.
We have also provided this service to a few unlucky homeowners who didn’t get what they paid for with another roofing company, and needed the proof to back up their claim.
